What data we process

• If you write to us, your email address and what you tell us, only to reply. We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts and delete it when you ask.
• Visit statistics: we count page views, country, browser language and clicks to YouTube, in aggregate and without cookies, using a tool installed on our own server. It cannot identify you and is not shared with anyone.
• If you use the chat assistant, what you type (together with the earlier messages of that conversation) is sent to an artificial intelligence service, OpenRouter, which passes it to the Google model that writes the answer. It is used only to reply to you: we do not store conversations or ask for personal data, so please do not type any. To prevent abuse, the server counts for ten minutes how many questions arrive from each IP address.
• The server keeps a short-lived technical log of requests (IP address, date and page) for security.

YouTube

The documentaries play in the YouTube player in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you press play, Google may process data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to eones@infinyai.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
